We have long been the practice of choice by many physicians and physical therapists in the community for their personal care and that of their family and friends.

We believe education never ends. We thoroughly study current evaluation and treatment techniques in order to bring you the best possible evidence-based care. We are also passionate about teaching and contribute to physical therapy and residency education throughout Virginia.

We believe that when it comes to great health, prevention is key. We have provided injury prevention services for over 1000 athletes and members of our community since starting our practice. We continually add services outside of traditional physical therapy which promote health and fitness.

Physical therapy, delivered by a Licensed Physical Therapist, has been proven to be a very effective way to conservatively treat pain and dysfunction while decreasing the need for medication and surgery. We love being a part of this great profession.
